(A) Age (As on 01.07.2015): Shall not exceed 45 years as on 01.07.2015 (Applicant should be born on or after 02.07.1970).

(B) Experience: Applicant should have served as Captain / Major in Army, Navy or Air Force.Mode of Selection:
Selection will be based on Personal Interview or any other mode of selection as decided by the Bank. The process will be conducted at selected centers based on the state-wise number of applicants. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the Personal Interview after requisite screening/ short listing.Mode of Engagement:
The applicants who come out successful in the selection process so conducted, will be engaged on contract basis, initially for a period of 2 years which may be renewed based on the performance of the Officer and as per the requirement of the Bank.Remuneration:
