Job Description :

• Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues
• Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops.
• Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and Switches.
• Dealing with network connectivity LAN, WAN and MAN.
• Information related to customer order for new connection.
• Excellent Communication Skills with neutral accent for Voice Process.
• Shift based role (Night/ Rotational Shift)
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts required for broadband related to trouble shooting
