Required Skills: Salesforce Developer

• Object Oriented Development Skills (Java, .Net), Apex Data Loader, .Net 3.5 frame work, Ajax Knowledge on HTML, Ruby on Rails, Adobe Flex, Java script is required
• Middleware – Oracle ESB/TIBCO/Web Methods • Database – Oracle, DB2, Sql Server (Any one or more) – Data Modelling Experience will be added advantage
• The developer will be responsible for successfully developing and supporting standard and custom applications, extensions and integration for the Salesforce.com product in a large enterprise environment
• Development experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing software applications using .Net is required
• Good understanding of Salesforce functionality – Account management, Contact Management, Opportunity management, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Forecasting, Reports, Products Management, Workflows and Approval processes, etc.
• Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success
• Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points
• Ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans
• Technical acumen to convert plans into real solutions that work
• Driven by customer success with a team player attitude
• Should be flexible to travel/client facing roles . Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Educational Qualification:  BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech/ MCA
