Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and Switches.
Dealing with network connectivity LAN , WAN and MAN
Checking the exchange line issues / outages / fixing appointment with the technician at UK.
Excellent Communication Skills with neutral accent
Basic knowledge about networking concepts for troubleshooting for broadband related issues.

Years of Experience:  0 to 3 Yrs - Freshers  / Experienced ( 2014 / 2015 Batch)

Education Qualification Required: Any Graduates, BE , B.Tech, Diploma
