Any Tech Grad , fresher or experienced for Technical Support.
Any Graduate with 1 year relevant technical experience.
Must have understanding of troubleshooting,desktop support,basic IT knowledge.
Primarily a day shift job , but at times may have to be flexible for night shits.
Good at customer hadling on phone.
Respond to customer queries and problems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Prior experience in a customer service role on Phone / Email is preferred.
Excellent communication skills required.
Years of Experience: Freshers - 0 to 5 YrsYrs
Education Qualification Required: Any Graduates, BE, B.Tech
