P2P Accounts Team Leads are the process owners for Accounts Payable and Travel and Entertainment operations/ processes of Accentures global clients. He/she is responsible to manage large scale operations and assist the managers in leading large teams by establishing a structured review mechanism and drive the team to operational excellence. As a global process owner, the responsibilities also include collaborating with remote teams to achieve standardization and efficiency and ensuring that client SLAs and targets are met. He/she will also be required to provide direction and support to the team in meeting their objectives. Graduates/ Postgraduates with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience and a minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience as a team leader may apply.
