(a) 1st class B. E./ B. Tech./ MCA/ or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 3 years experience (OR)
(b) Postgraduate in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline with 1 year experience.
(c) 1st class Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 3 years experience or Postgraduate degree in domain specific discipline. with 3 years experience.
(d) PhD in relevant discipline.

Technical Officer/ Engineer 

(a) 1st class B. E./ B. Tech./ MCA/ or equivalent degree in relevant discipline.
(b) Postgraduate in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline.
(c) 1st class Postgraduate degree in Science in relevant discipline or Postgraduate degree in domain specific discipline.

Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/- for General and OBC. The fee paid by the candidates either through online payment, using debit/credit cards or by remitting the amount, at any branch of Axis Bank, using the challan generated during the online application process in C-DAC website. The candidate those who opt for not bringing their own laptop for the selection test will have to pay additional charge of Rs.300/- in addition to the above application fee. No application fees shall be payable by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category.
